Meditation Retreat Schedule

All our retreats have a similar daily schedule; plenty of time for meditation as well as time off to rest, hike, read or relax. Day of Arrival

from 3 pm – Check in to rooms

4 – 7pm – Opening circle

Outlining our intention and meditation practices for the retreat

7pm – Dinner

Daily schedule of full days

7.15 – 9.30 am – Meditation practice and discussion

9.30 am – Breakfast 

to 11 am – Free time to go bush walking, resting, reading, exploring the property

11am – 1.30 pm – Meditation practice and discussion

1.30pm – Lunch 

 to 5pm – Free time to go bush walking, resting, reading, exploring the property

5 – 7pm – Meditation discussion and practice

7pm – Dinner

Final day

7.30 – 9.30am – Meditation practice and discussion.

9.30am – Breakfast

11am – 1pm – Closing circle
