These meetups are available to those who have previously attended meditation and yoga retreats with Susan Allen. It is hoped that these meetups will support your ongoing daily practice so that your practice can continue to develop in its refinement and understanding. Meditation can often be a solitary process so it is a special gift to come together, to practice together and to remember that meditation is about life, relationships and how we live in this world.

These sessions will be 90minutes long and will consist of 3 parts:
1. An introduction by Susan to a particular aspect of the practice; examples may include a strategy to be developed within the meditation practice, discussion of how to bring the practice off the cushion into everyday life, or how to refine our understanding of what is happening in our mind and how this relates to the dharma path.
2. 30-40minute guided meditation practice based on the previous discussion.
3. Q and A session where you can ask questions about your practice or the dharma path.
