Meditation Retreat Schedule

All our retreats have a similar daily schedule; time for meditation as well as time off to rest, hike, read or relax. All retreat participants are required to attend all of the meditation practices. The yoga practices are optional. On this page you will find the daily schedule. To read more about the meditation practices content click here.

On our first day guests can arrive from 3pm onwards. Check-in is available to your room anytime from 3pm onwards. Feel free to then look around the property  and settle in.

Day of Arrival

from 3 pm – Check in to rooms

4 – 6.30 pm – Opening circle.

6.45 pm – Dinner

Daily schedule of full days

6.45 – 7am Yoga practice (optional)

7.15 – 9.30 am – Meditation practice and discussion

9.30 am – Breakfast 

to 11 am – Free time to go bush walking, resting, reading, exploring the property

11am – 1.30 pm – Meditation practice and discussion

1.30 pm – Lunch 

 to 4.30 pm – Free time to go bush walking, resting, reading, exploring the property

 4.30 – 5.15 pm Yoga practice (optional)

5.30 – 7.30 pm – Meditation discussion and practice

7.30 pm – Dinner

Final day

7.30 – 9.30am – Meditation practice and discussion.

9.30am – Breakfast

11am – 12pm – Closing circle

12.30 pm – Lunch
