Meditation Retreat Schedule

Day 1
Wednesday 26th March

5 – 8 pm  Welcome, Opening circle,
and Introduction to Retreat Content

Days 2 – 5
Thursday 27th, Friday 28th, Saturday 29th, Sunday 30th March

8 – 8.45 am Yoga practice (optional)

9 – 10.30 am  Meditation practice and discussion

11 – 12.30pm Meditation practice and discussion

12.30 – 2.30pm Lunch break

2.30 – 4pm  Meditation practice and discussion

4.30 – 6pm  Meditation practice and discussion
