A full and complete day of yoga, meditation, relaxation practices, all interspersed with warmth, good company and culinary delights

The intention of the yoga and meditation practices will be to find freedom of movement in your body and some quietness and ease for the mind. The sessions will be done in the spacious light-filled living area which overlooks the spectacular mountain scenery of Lake Hawea. Your host, Susan, understands well the capacity of yoga and meditation to renew and revitalise the spirit and is passionate to share these practices with all.

A sumptuous lunch will be served between our morning and afternoon sessions and we will finish the day with a decadent dinner in front of the roaring fire. Also to make the most of your day the property has a sauna, cold-plunge pool and hot tub out in the garden that you can enjoy in the morning and in the breaks.

Our menu:
Light lunch with seasonal salads, soup and fresh bread.
End the day with braised lamb, roasted veggies, fresh greens and a mocktail in the spa.

Registration is is non-refundable once booked but you are welcome to transfer it to a friend should you not be able to attend.

Susan Allen will be your yoga and meditation teacher for the day. Susan has been hosting retreats for 15 years and has put together the perfect schedule of practice, of feasting and of relaxation in this luxurious setting. 

Evelyn Vallillee is our local, health focused chef will be providing your nourishment for the day. With a background in herbal medicine and traditional cheffing, Evelyn will be plating up nutrient dense, seasonal delights that feed your mind, body and soul.  She incorporates probiotic elements, local herbs, flowers and produce to expose you to a diverse range of vitamins and minerals which builds your body’s resiliency to illness plus tastes delicious!
