

COROMANDEL RETREAT SCHEDULE
All our retreats have a similar daily schedule; plenty of time for yoga and meditation as well as time off to rest, hike, read or relax.
Day of Arrival
Guests arrive from 3pm onwards. Check-in is available to your room anytime from 3pm onwards. Feel free to then look around the grounds and centre and settle in.
Day of Arrival
from 3 pm – Check in to rooms
4.15 – 5.45 pm – Yoga asana, meditation, relaxation welcome practice
6pm – Dinner
7.30pm – Opening circle.

7.30 – 9am – Morning yoga asana and meditation practice
9 am – Breakfast
till 11.30 am – Free time to go bush walking, resting, reading, exploring the property
11.30am – 1pm – Yoga asana and meditation practice
1.30 pm – Lunch
till 4.30pm – Free time
4.30 – 6pm – Meditation discussion and practice
6 pm – Dinner
Final day
7.30 – 9.30am – Meditation practice and discussion
9.30am – Breakfast
11am – 12pm – Closing circle
