Day 1 – Wednesday, 7th May, 2025

5.30 – 8.30 pm – Opening circle

Outlining our context, intention and practices for the retreat

Days 2, 3, 4, 5 – Thurs. 8th, Fri. 9th, Sat. 10th, Sunday 11th May

8 – 8.45am Yoga session (optional)

9 – 10.30am  Meditation practice and discussion

10.30 – 11am Tea break

11 – 12.30pm  Meditation practice and discussion

12.30 – 2.30pm Lunch break

2.30 – 4pm  Meditation practice and discussion

4 – 4.30pm Tea break

4.30 – 6pm  Meditation practice and discussion
